I received my diploma for Massage and Bodywork Therapy at Kneaded Energy School of Massage (Greensboro, NC) for their 648 hour program in the fall of 2014.

​After witnessing the impact that bodywork and somatic healing had on not only my clients, but my own life, I fell in love with these practices that can be so powerful when used with intention, and began shifting toward helping others regain their power and heal themselves.

​​​​​​​​​​Knowing that healing is not linear and takes all forms, I strive for the utmost unconditional positive regard for all beings. Because often healing is a life-long journey, I'll meet you where you are, to facilitate healing, not force it.​​​​

Before massage, I worked in Healthcare as a Receptionist at a Salon, CNA and ED tech, and Office Management in a Chiropractic Office.

 

I became a virtual assistant during covid and went on to support other massage practices in business, before shifting into mentorship.

As a Mentor, my goal is to guide Holistic Entrepreneurs as they unleash their online presence in business. I specialize in organic and engaging content tailored to my client’s target audience, which helps build authority, trust and credibility with their potential clients —using unique and simple strategies.​​​​​
